Hitting All Targets at our Annual Branch Managers Meetings

Our Annual Branch Managers Meetings took place from January 18th- 19th in Halifax, NS. It was another great turnout from our staff, and was a great opportunity to connect and discuss our victories over the last year. We also provided additional management training to our staff to help promote improvement throughout our practices and daily operations. Thank you to the team at Fairwinds for being apart of this training component, and educating our staff on important concepts which will contribute to our mission of continuous improvement and serving our customers better. The meetings would not be complete without a little fun, and friendly competition. Our staff showed off their axe throwing skills in tournament style play and lots of memories were made.
